Wyoming's Wildlife Wonders
July 18 - 25, 2008
Wyoming's Wildlife Wonders is a travel opportunity (destination) where Girl Scout partner-teams ages 13-15 travel to Wyoming to study the ecology and natural history of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Girl Scouts hike, canoe, and trek through the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and Bridger-Teton National Forest. Teens observe wildlife, participate in a national bird-banding effort, explore environmental careers, and take action by developing an environmental project to implement back home in their community.
