Daisies are the newest and youngest members of the Girl Scout Family. As a Daisy, you can:
- put together a scrapbook about yourself and your family.
- explore a city park or a real farm, and learn how we share the world with plants and animals.
- visit an adopted grandparent with your troop.
- make homemade applesauce or bread.
- celebrate holiday games and festivals form around the world.
- learn how to make finger puppets and put on a puppet show with your friends.
- help put together your own Daisy Girl Scout troop band, where you can play an instrument yourself.
If you're an explorer or a discoverer - or would like to be one - then you're all set to be a Brownie Girl Scout! As a
Brownie Girl Scout, you can:
- pack a lunch and take a day hike or bike trip with your troop.
- visit your neighborhood radio station.
- sing new songs and play new games.
- plant flowers in a local park and watch them grow.
- make arts and crafts gifts to share with your family.
- go on an overnight camping trip and learn about living in the out-of-doors.
- be a helper and a friendmaker.
- learn to sing your name using the sign language alphabet.
- make your own recycled paper.
- perform chemistry magic.
Do you look around at new and interesting things and think, "I'd like to try that!"? That's what Junior Girl Scouting is all about. As a
Junior Girl Scout, you can:
- try your hand at everything from photography and dramatics to fashion and computers
- sharpen your outdoor living skills on weekend camping trips or at summer camp.
- tour backstage at a musical or play.
- lead a bicycle-safety workshop in your community.
- investigate local history to learn about the women and men who helped to shape your hometown.
- participate in GirlSports activities.
